Video from The Monitor Celestra

The Monitor Celestra was a great LARP taking place in the Battlestar Galactica Universe with participants from about 30 countries from all of the world. The game was played on the Destroyer called Småland which in Gothenburg. A film crew (Fish and Elephant) documented the project and it resulted in the video (with music from the cues composed by Simon and his friend Joel Forssell). Fish and Elephant is by the way the same production company that made “Drakar och Demoner: Tronländaren” and actually came about to do this small documentary because of Simon.

Edward James Olmos, famous from Battlestar Galactica, Dexter and Miami Vice has seen this video and liked it a lot.

Trailer: Drakar och Demoner – Tronländaren

The trailer is down right now and a new one will be made shortly.

Finally the trailer for the upcomming Fantasy film “Drakar och Demoner: Tronländaren” has been released. Simon composed the music for this film (and trailer) and like to thank all the 40 musicians taking part in the process.

The film will be shown around the world on different festivals and late 2013 it will be released on DVD.

(Re)volt: SVT TV series in 10 episodes

Simon’s latest project which he is working on right now (during the summer) is a TV drama series called (Re)volt. Simon will compose music for the whole season including the intro music (together with a band that will be revealed soon). The great director and friend of Simon, Richard Jarnhed, is the sole director throughout the series.Andreas Wessberg is the Director of Photography.

The cast includes Rebecca Holst, Anna Persson, Kristoffer Berglund, Jesper Barkselius, Carina M Johansson among others.
